With a range of wire sizes from .005" to .312" and expertise in all types of compression, torsion, and extension springs, Wire Products Company can meet your specifications with unmatched flexibility. Our manufacturing ability includes raw material ranging from type 302 and 316 SS, 400 Series SS, type 17-7PH SS, music wire, hard drawn carbon material, chrome vanadium, chrome silicon, oil tempered wire, and low carbon 1008/1018/1038. Our non-ferrous alloys include tungsten, high nickel, brass, beryllium copper, and phosphor bronze spring wire. Our comprehensive production department includes more than 35 automatic coiling machines and various secondary equipment to shape the finished product.

Specialty Springs Protect Hoses Inside and Out

Our coiled external hose protectors offer armor-like protection against abrasion, and our internal hose supports prevent the collapse of the hose in a vacuum application. Hose guards are made from round or flat materials (usually galvanized pre-finished, stainless steel, or beryllium-copper), in lengths up to 25'. Applications range from external guarding of an aircraft fuel line to the internal support of a naval vessel's vacuum line.
