In-House Tooling

Wire Products Company boasts two in-house tooling centers that custom builds tooling to accommodate your productions needs. We build tooling for round wire applications as well as precision progressive dies for your stamping needs.

Our qualified tool centers start with 2D or 3D CAD design, part prints or solid models provided to us by our customer. We work closely with local tool designers to ensure a high quality tool in a timely fashion. Our tool centers use state-of-the-art technology to build and maintain Class "A" tooling for your production requirements.

Our tooling centers are capable of designing and producing custom built automated assembly equipment as well as providing prototype services to ensure quality results at a competitive price for our valued customers. In addition, our qualified tool designers are available to meet and discuss design options with your engineers to provide the best results for your custom applications.
